DescriptionIn support of our culture, we have adopted a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office and the rest of the week from home. The UKG office that this position can sit out of is Weston, FL. We are interested in every qualified candidate who is eligible to work in the United States. However, we are not able to sponsor visas for this position, including temporary sponsorship through OPT.The identity team is responsible for current customer facing authentication and authorization services. These services power UKG (Ultimate Kronos Group) offerings such as recruiting, onboarding, mobile, workflow management, and community. As a result, this team is very highly visible and important, striving for near perfect reliability, stability, and performance. Customer success is our number one goal, and we make sure to provide that with every decision.The Software QA Engineer will be responsible for the implementation of automated tests, quality of the product and support to our adopters. You will have the opportunity to work side by side with other members of the engineering team (Developers, DevOps, SREs) and members of the UX and Product Management team to build the best-in-class products in the market.Job ResponsibilitiesWork directly with our fast-moving, highly collaborative team of Business Analysts, Software Engineers and Platform Leads/ArchitectsSolve challenging technical problemsProduce high quality test automationShare your expertise and collaborate with other team membersSupport internal customers in the adoption, use and troubleshooting of our servicesContinue to learn, explore, and research the technical and identity domainsQualificationsBasic Qualifications:1+ year of experience with Java and testing automation frameworks such as JUnit1+ year of experience in web technologies utilizing RESTExperience implementing automated integration, end-to-end, and UI testsExperience executing manual and exploratory testingExperience with relational and nonrelational databases such as MYSQL, MongoDBDebugging, troubleshooting and problem-solving skillsProficiency with code, test and deployment management tools such as Git, JIRA, TestRail, JenkinsFamiliar with Agile software development practicesPreferred QualificationsExperience with Cloud based SaaS applications and familiarity with microservice architectureExperience with Spring frameworks, RabbitMQ, KafkaExperience with Docker, Kubernetes and public cloud deployment platformsComfortable with any other languages such as Python, GO lang, Angular, Groovy, and NodeJSExperience with CQRS patternExperience with Identity and Access ManagementEqual Opportunity EmployerUltimate Kronos Group is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and is committed to maintaining a diverse and inclusive work environment.
