Then come and join our global Customer Services team as a North America (NAM) Vice President Customer Services Modality Service – CT & MIVP Service Effectiveness Key Responsibilities Overview

As a CS Vice President Modality Service – CT & MI, reporting to the North American Customer Services Leader, you will be responsible for the following:Technical Leadership:

You serve as a technical expert within the company in the designated modalities of Computed Tomography (CT) and Molecular Imaging (MI), and provide guidance to teams providing service to CT/MI modality, and act as a point of escalation for high impact challenges within the CT/MI modalities.Strategic Leadership:

Develop and implement a comprehensive service effectiveness strategy, aligned to the CT/MI modalities and the company’s goals and objectives.Service Quality Assurance:

Ensure adherence to quality control measures and standards for service operations within CT/MI modalities, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.Operational Efficiency:

Continuously evaluate and enhance service delivery processes, resource allocation and workflow to optimize operational efficiency, reduce downtime and increase equipment uptime.Reporting and Analytics:

Establish and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and reporting mechanisms to track service performance and identify areas for improvement.Additional Responsibilities

Partner with other members of the Customer Service Leadership team, to understand service challenges and provide solutions that impact customer systems.Utilize your technical expertise to liaison with Business Lines, Global Service Leaders, and the Field service organization.Liaison between the Field Service Delivery team and the Business Lines, to ensure adherence to quality standards.Support and promote The Principles of Healthineers(TM).Develop a high-performance culture that demonstrates teamwork and success.Promote and display leadership skills that promote a culture of engagement throughout the team.Champion change and support the implementation of change management initiatives.Actively collaborate with other functions across the globe and build partnerships within Sales, Services and Modality leaders.Identify strategies to improve employee safety.Customer Responsibilities

Ensure high quality customer service, contract obligations are met, and financial targets achieved for the modalities.Shareholder Responsibilities

Assist in meeting P&L targets for assigned modalities.Collaborate with the Field Service and Sales organization.Ensure Operations are able to meet quality certification standards.Ensure the highest technical, operational, and financial performance of your modalities’ installation projects.Assess resource development and training needs.This Position May Suit You Best If You Are Familiar With What Is Below, And Would Like To Develop Your Career With Healthineers

You have technical expertise in MR.You have past experience or foundation in the Medical Imaging business.You have proven experience in managing, leading and motivating managers, teams, and individuals.You have proven expertise in delivering strategic and tactical initiatives through influence and communication.You are sensitive towards and experience with multinational companies, clients, and people.You have proven ability in positive, successful collaboration with Senior Executives and C-Suite customers.Required Skills to Have for the Success of This Role
