This is what truly matters to us.**Join our team now at Siemens Healthineers as** **IT Project Manager - Customer Services**We are seeking a professional Technical Project Manager with a proven track record of managing internal complex Medium to large-scale projects in the healthcare services area. Knowledge and experience with customer services business processes & Agile, ITIL V3.0 framework is important to drive multiple projects as part of project portfolio.The role of the IT Project Manager - Customer Services is to plan, execute, and finalize projects according to scope, deadline and budget, as well as manage ongoing IT operations activities by following ITIL Based ITSM Processes. This includes directing resources in a matrixed organization and coordinating the efforts of team members to deliver projects according to plan. The Technical Project Manager will also define the projects objectives, participate in projects planning and oversee quality control throughout its life cycle.**Responsibilities*** Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support the business goals and requirements in collaboration with colleagues, senior management and stakeholders from Customer Services team.* Facilitate Gap analysis and Business process mapping As Is vs To Be workshops with IT and Business Partners.* Help visualize big picture of End to End Service setup to provide technical design for project that requires strong technical knowledge of ERP SAP CS / SD module & field services mobile solutions and other web based solutions.* Proactively manage changes in project scope to maximize success and minimize risk to stakeholders and the company* Meet with stakeholders to take detailed objectives and clarify specific requirements for the agreed scope of the project(s).* Develop complete project plans and associated communications documents.* Apply Siemens Healthineers project process and management principles at all aspects of project scope and deliverables.* Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.* Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.* Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.* Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.* Report and escalate to IT management as needed.* Establish and maintain relationships with third parties/vendors and get things done as defined in SOW.* Perform risk management to minimize project risks.* Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.* Track project milestones and deliverables.* Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.* Conduct project postmortems and create a recommendations report in order to identify Successful and unsuccessful project elements.**Requirements*** 10 + years of Project Management experience with large systems in the Healthcare Customer Services Area.* Bachelors degree in computer science, software engineering or business administration* PMI, Agile & ITIL certified preferred* Should have good hands-on experience in the Service Industry, Logistics Execution, Intercompany Processes* Should have strong experience in Customer Service processes, Service contract setup, Notification handling, Service order processing, billing and invoicing* Hands on experience in SAP CS, SD, MM, FI modules, Functional Location, equipment installation and deinstallation, Service contracts, Service order, Test script preparation and testing.* Experience in Implementation of Service Management and Service parts management using Install Base, Equipment serialization and service parts and contract management* Ability to do the technical evaluation and debug an IT application with support of cross functional IT teams* Experience of ServiceNow / CSM module is added advantage* 10% travel is requiredSiemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
