May provide business leaders with financial forecasts to support short and long-term decision making. Provide support, development and/or leadership guidance to all volunteers.Perform all duties and responsibilities in compliance with standard operating procedures and other applicable Federal, State, and local regulations.WHERE YOUR CAREER IS A FORCE FOR GOOD

(Key Responsibilities):Generate and Analyze reports to evaluate business performance results, including variance analysis and key drivers of performance for leadership.Conduct and document moderately complex financial analysis projects.Interpret and implement financial concepts for financial planning and control.Provide monthly revenue and/or expense analyses and reports.Interact and liaison with cross-functional groups to identify and resolve issues in assigned areas of responsibility.Support the development and maintenance of financial policies, procedures, and systems.Individual contributor that works under limited supervision. Apply subject matter knowledge. Capacity to understand specific needs or requirements to apply skills/knowledge.The salary range for this position is $76,489.60 - $90,396.80This job will be posted for a minimum of five business days and extended if the applicant pool needs to be expanded.Note that American Red Cross salaries are aligned to the specific geographic location in which the work is primarily performed. Other factors that may be used to determine your actual salary may include your specific skills, how many years of experience you have and comparison to other employees already in this role.WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED (Minimum Qualifications):Education:

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field required.Experience:

Minimum 3 years of related experience or equivalent combination of education and related experience required.Management Experience:

N/ASkills & Abilities:

Strong Excel knowledge is required. Experience creating dashboards in Power BI is required. Knowledge of applicable principles, concepts, practices, and standards. Good interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. Basic proficiency in use of Personal Computer, word-processing, spreadsheet applications, and database applications when applicable. Ability to work on a team.Travel:

May travel and participate in meetings and conferences throughout the Red Cross system.Combination of candidate’s education and general experience satisfies requirements so long as the total years equate to description’s minimum education and general experience years combined (Management experience cannot be substituted).Physical Requirements: The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
