The Marketing team is looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to lead our team as a
Senior Manager, Marketing Analytics . As the Senior Manager of Marketing Analytics, you will be responsible for measuring and analyzing upper and lower funnel media tactics with a strong focus on business outcomes. You’ll use your sophisticated analytics expertise and marketing knowledge to drive analytics insights and data-driven decisions for GEICO’s Marketing department.

Job Responsibilities Include:Develop and implement data-driven marketing analytics strategies, and operationalized reporting to support measurement and insights for GEICO’s Marketing department.Collaborate with marketing leaders and analytics teams to identify critical business problems, translate them into structured analyses, synthesize data from various sources, utilize advanced analytics techniques, and deliver insights that drive change.Conduct deep-dive marketing performance analysis, develop enhanced measurement strategies, elevate marketing and media metrics, and partner with Marketing Science to advance test and learn capabilities.Manage a team of subject-matter experts on media and marketing data, working with marketing stakeholders, IT, and agency team on data strategy and self-service dashboarding.Deliver ad hoc analysis, forecasting, and strategic reporting, including marketing performance trends, drivers, and anomaly detection.Build and maintain relationships with business leaders, with the ability to effectively communicate findings to both executives and technical teams.
Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, And Skills:Bachelor's Degree (Required)Five (5) years of professional experienceThree (3) years of marketing analytics or related experienceStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data modeling, statistical analysis, and testing approachesBe results-oriented with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skillsPrior experience managing an analytics or highly technical team.Possess strong business and marketing acumen with an ability to identify business opportunities, deliver results, and adjust plans as appropriateHave a proven ability to operate in a process-oriented environment, adhere to risk/control, procedure, and process expectations, while appropriately delivering what's best for the customer.

Annual Salary:$143,000.00 - $224,000.00The above annual salary range is a general guideline. Multiple factors are taken into consideration to arrive at the final hourly rate/annual salary to be offered to the selected candidate. Factors include, but are not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the role, the selected candidate’s work experience, education and training, the work location as well as market and business considerations.
