Looking for a place to settle and call home that affords you a terrific quality of life, lower tax rates, and yet a significant professional body of work that will satisfy you professionally without burning out? If you enjoy working in a smaller health system that is nimble to adapt to the changing landscape and where decisions are made locally and include your voice, then look no further! Join a GME Residency Program and lead the surgery residency program.
The Surgery Residency Program is in its second year of residents. Work collaboratively in the health system and GME program directors for emergency medicine, internal and family medicine. Other programs are being established, as well. There is an engaged faculty that cover two hospital campuses and surgery centers. Your residents are seeking an excellent surgical program director to mentor them in their program.
In addition to maintaining high quality outcomes for patients through multiple accredited programs such as Cancer Care, Total Joint, Primary Stroke, IGFS, TAVAR, Cath Lab, Trauma, etc., our client is one of the top financially stable organizations in the nation and boasts strong financial performance with a “AA” rating and stable outlook. The system, which includes two hospital campuses (one state-of-the-art which opened in 2019 and the other doing major expansions), two free-standing EDs, an accomplished and diverse medical staff made up of over 500 physicians and advanced practice clinicians, accredited GME programs in internal medicine, family medicine, surgery, emergency medicine, and more in the application process, offers a collaborative culture focused on providing quality patient care and outcomes.
If you are like many of your peers, you may have been contemplating where is my best option for success and making a meaningful contribution that stands out in the community? We have seen an unprecedented number of surgeons during this post-pandemic time deeply desiring for themselves and their families to reconnect with a more meaningful lifestyle while enjoying an edifying body of professional work. Our client has become a beacon of hope and satisfaction for many – providers and patients alike.
They offer extremely competitive pay and benefits and a unique lifestyle in an environment that is one of America’s best kept secrets. If you are considering a move, let’s set up a call to share more details and to learn what edifies you most in life, personally and professionally, to see if this client or another might be something to consider in your decision process. We can journey on your timeline so that you make the best decision for yourself to join an organization where you can mutually benefit from.
