We are known for developing extraordinary leaders who share this passion and are guided by their service to others.As a Business Analyst, Store Development and Support Services, you will deliver analytical support services to our customers and partners.As a Business Analyst, you will…Support business analysis and financial services to optimize business performance, execute month-end reporting and various ad hoc analytical needs.Act as key liaison between Store Development and internal business customers, work with accounting and finance support teams, and external business partners to collaboratively execute on the team goals.Support the ongoing operation, continuous improvement and sustainment of standards and processes for facilities, support change management activities with stakeholders.Identify opportunities for business process improvements and provide recommendations, gain support and alignment for prioritization of those opportunities.Build partnerships across all organization levels by fostering a culture of collaboration and inclusion.Enjoy working on an energetic, fun team and have a clear ability to drive the business forward as part of a highly collaborative team.We’d love to hear from people with:3 years of experience working in a cross-functional environment2 years of experience in a distribution or logistics environment2 years of experience in retail planning and analysisFinancial analysis experienceBusiness analysis skills, with the ability to see implications and provide insightsExperience in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusionsHigh level of proficiency with data and analytic tools and methodsExperience in generating process documentation and reportsAbility to take on an ambiguous problem space, assess opportunities, adopt change, and continually improveAbility to confidently present objectives and desired outcomes to leadership and cross-functional teamsBasic accounting knowledge, including month-end process journal entries, account reconciliations, reporting and analysis, etc.The pay range for this position may be narrower than that displayed, depending on where the work is performed.From free coffee to competitive pay, Starbucks is proud to offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package to our eligible part-time and full-time partners.
