WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Senior Associate Attorney
Salary: Up to $300K+ plus substantial bonuses (D.O.E.)
Our firm has an opening for a senior-level Associate with at least 5+ years preferred experience in employment law litigation and class actions at a law firm.
Senior Associates are assigned to manage a team on a day-to-day basis as well as supervise Junior Associates on their team and are responsible for all aspects of the cases assigned to them. Senior Associates will not only ensure that the day-to-day handling of cases by their Junior Associates meet the firm's guidelines, they will also be involved in collaboration to discuss case strategy, planning, discovery and depositions, settlements and more complicated law and motion.
