Overview:
Seniors Segment is seeking a New Business Executive to identify and drive new sales. This role involves selling to the Senior Living C-Suite and requires a passion for service and a dedication to improving the quality of life for seniors.
Responsibilities:
Research prospective organizations to identify the right customer stakeholders.
Investigate and analyze new business opportunities; develop and maintain positive business relationships with potential clients.
Examine client needs to maximize business solutions; perform cost-benefits and needs analysis.
Apply Global Sales Academy selling using the Challenger Sales Program.
Develop and implement the business plan, budget, and forecasts to achieve sales goals.
Lead the development of sales presentations and proposals.
Research growth strategies and competitor practices to evaluate and implement new strategies.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
7+ years of functional experience.
Minimum $1 million in terms of sales for closing deals in Senior Living.
Minimum 5 years of experience selling into Senior Living.
C-level sales acumen.
Technical & Financial skills.
MUST HAVE:
Experience selling a service rather than a product (B2B sales).
Experience selling to the Senior Living C-Suite.
NICE TO HAVE:
Knowledge of contract management.
