Consumers are becoming self-sufficient with their own energy production and storage threatening a century-old utility business model.The Position and the Team You Will Work WithWe are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as a Business Development Representative - Marketing. This is a hybrid role that combines Account Based Marketing and Business Development activities focused on generating, activating, and progressing revenue opportunities in a defined set of accounts.You will be responsible for executing highly focused account-based marketing initiatives, as well as driving sales pipeline growth through targeted prospecting and lead qualification efforts. This position requires a strong understanding of both marketing and sales principles, excellent communication skills, and a passion for driving revenue growth. You will join a small but mighty team of marketers and salespeople who are knowledgeable, supportive, and share a passion for excellence.What You Will DoAccount-Based Marketing (ABM):Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute highly targeted marketing campaigns.Conduct thorough research on target accounts to identify key decision-makers, influencers, and pain points.Create personalized marketing outreach to engage target accounts and drive awareness.Utilize various marketing channels, including email marketing, social media, and events.Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to continuously optimize ABM strategies.Sales Development:Conduct outbound prospecting activities to engage with key stakeholders within target accounts.Qualify leads by conducting thorough discovery calls and using qualification frameworks.Collaborate closely with the sales team to hand off qualified leads.Book meetings at strategic events and assist with event logistics.Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities in the CRM system.Collaboration and Reporting:Foster strong cross-functional relationships with marketing, sales, and other relevant teams.Provide regular updates and reports on ABM campaign performance and lead generation activities.Collaborate with marketing teams to provide feedback on marketing assets and campaign strategies.About YouInnovation:
