Cerberus Capital Management is seeking an Executive Assistant/Chief of Staff to join our team. In this pivotal role, you will work side by side supporting our Senior Managing Director within Supply Chain. This role requires a proactive individual who can handle a diverse range of responsibilities with precision and professionalism. Your strategic coordination and proactive approach will play a crucial role in optimizing executive workflows and contributing to the overall efficiency.Responsibilities:

Develop and manage engagement plans to build stronger relationships with commercial industry leaders.Oversee calendar management by proactively screening for conflicts, optimal time management, and identifying solutions when conflicts arise.Prepare pre-briefs and materials for meetings and presentations for internal and external meetings.Facilitate collaboration and communication with commercial industry leadership, organizing key meetings and events. Proactively identify and analyze opportunities to support the executive’s strategic goals.Anticipate the executive's needs and proactively offer solutions and confidential sounding board.Coordinate complex travel logistics including, but not limited to, flights, accommodations, ground transportation, and expense processing to ensure the team is prepared ahead of meetings.Tackle diverse ad hoc projects, including, but not limited to, auditing and organizing files as well as managing internal and external mailings.Key Requirements:

Possess experience supporting high level executives within the Financial Industry.Demonstrate exemplary organizational skills, communication skills, and strong attention to detail.Discretion and ability to maintain confidentiality.Operate with a proactive mindset, consistently anticipating and taking action ahead of situations.Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-pressure team environment with a warm, friendly, and consistently professional demeanor.Demonstrate proficiency utilizing Microsoft Office systems and tools.Showcase dependability, commitment, and a readiness to undertake tasks of any scale or significance.Employ a creative mindset, thinking outside the box and demonstrating resourcefulness.
