Please Note:If you are a first time user, please create your candidate login account before you apply for a job.If you already have a Candidate Account, please Sign-In before you apply.Job Description:As a Manufacturing Development Engineer with the Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD), you will develop and sustain fault detection and classification (FDC) infrastructure in our 8”, state of the art, MEMS development and production facilities which are located along the Front Range in Northern Colorado.The primary duties of this position are to support the FDC project’s Oracle systems and deliver highly available, robust data visualization solutions to the fab for automated process control. Significant time will be spent developing, updating, and maintaining java classes for FDC models, Oracle database procedure and function code, and driving highly available Spotfire and JMP visualization solutions for our end-users.Specific Objectives and Responsibilities:Work with FDC engineering staff to scope, plan and execute the development roadmap for java-based modeling within the Artist FDC program with an eye towards the customer needs.Work with FDC engineering staff to scope, plan and execute the development roadmap for internal Oracle database procedure and function code within the Artist FDC reporting program with an eye towards the customer needs.Maintain and improve the internal Gitlab CI/CD pipeline to build, test and distribute code to our production and test environments.Primary ownership of the reporting databases, modeling source code, and the Gitlab repository containing the code base for both.Support customers requested modeling efforts to contain and prevent scrap and drive predictable fault detection models.Explore and implement machine learning models to automate anomaly detection and limit setting.Participate in 24x7 On Call Rotation with other members of the Automation Team.Requirements:Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Physical Science, or Computer Science and 2+ years related experience.Two or more years’ experience Oracle database applications required.Two or more years’ experience with Java development required.Ideal candidate will hold Oracle professional certifications as a Java Programmer and Oracle Database Developer.Five or more years’ experience with semiconductor fabrication processes, equipment, and automation systems desired.Excellent teamwork and good verbal and written communication skills. Demonstrated strong partnership skills with Process & Equipment Engineering organizations.Good problem solving skills. Sound analytical techniques and ability to solve problems systematically.Additional knowledge/experience in one or more of the following areas preferred:Spotfire Iron PythonGit/Gitlab and CI/CDAutomated Process ControlMust have legal authorization to work in the US.Ability to work on site in Fort Collins, Colorado. This is not a remote work opportunity.Compensation and Benefits:The annual base salary range for this position is $63,000 - $105,000.
