We are in a significant growth mode, and it’s an exciting time to be joining our business!What You’ll Be DoingManaging an individual requisition load, working directly with the managers to identify the profile of candidates, and actively sourcing through both passive and active channelsDevelop relationships with department managers to understand their active recruiting needs and forecastLeading intake calls with managers to gather requirements of the roleManage the ATS to ensure accuracy of the open positionsConduct screening interviews with candidatesSupport the candidates through the Jedson interview processAdvise and coach managers on interview questions and processClose the candidate and present verbal offersYour Ideal Background3+ years of agency recruitment experience running a full deskExperience recruiting for construction engineering rolesUnderstanding of the EPC/AEC industryStrong communication skillsCustomer service attitude to both internal customers and external candidates
