Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and at least 2-5 years of recruiting / related experience.Outgoing, assertive and well organized with a high level for attention to detail.Ability to network, build meaningful relationships and drive outcomes with a wide variety of people (hiring managers, candidates).Demonstrate and convey a strong understanding of the company’s service offerings, history and market space.Proficiency with Microsoft Office, applicant tracking systems and social media savviness.Quickly get up to speed on our recruiting policy, procedures and master the software tools.General knowledge and understanding of HR policies, compliance law and practices related to talent acquisition.Prior experience recruiting within the Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related industries.Responsibilities

You will build and maintain relationships with hiring managers and external candidates while attracting prospective employees to MBI through our talent network.Operating as a sourcing guru, identify, screen and manage both active and passive candidates for Architectural, Engineering, Construction and related support positions.Leverage networking opportunities by fostering relationships with professional associations, industry groups and more to promote the MBI brand and engage with members for career opportunities.Serve as a trusted partner with hiring managers and their teams on strategy and with developing, negotiating and closing offers in a timely manner.A significant part of the day is spent sourcing, developing, and screening potential candidates across a myriad of resources and platforms.Partner with hiring managers to craft job descriptions and work with the Regional Leader on developing and implementing fresh recruiting strategies and campaigns.Drive team sourcing efforts through LinkedIn, email marketing, mining professional and alumni associations, social media, cold calling, and direct candidate engagement.Become an applicant tracking guru using various software tools to identify and generate prospective talent.Provide recruitment administration support and reporting for the Great Lakes regional offices.Coordinate university recruitment activities and staff career fairs for local interest schools, professional associations, and conferences.Meet weekly, monthly, and yearly performance goals and staffing targets.Benefits
