Source, screen, and identify qualified candidates for software engineering positions.Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.Collaborate with hiring managers to understand specific job requirements, technical skills, and team fit.Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.Utilize various recruiting tools and platforms (LinkedIn, job boards, social media, etc.) to attract top talent.Provide regular updates and reports on recruiting progress and metrics.Education and Experience
Proven experience as a recruiter, specifically in the technology sector, with a focus on software engineering in cloud environment roles.Strong understanding of technical skills and software engineering principles.Excellent sourcing skills, including the use of LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other HR software.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Knowledge of the Silicon Valley job market and trends in the tech industry.Knowledge of employment laws and best practices.Our Hiring Process is “Easy with eGain”
