Full-stack expert with 5+ years of software development experience (we don't believe in YOE = talent levels; if you feel qualified, please apply anyway)Proficient in React, Next.js, Typescript, FastAPI/Flask, PythonExperienced in working on a code base at scale and complex backend infrastructuresFamiliarity with Google Cloud Platform and building 3rd party integrationsPassionate about unlocking equitable access to recruiting and career buildingExtreme sense of ownership, challenging the status quo, and raising the barEffective collaborator with strong communication skillsEmpathy for customers and strong team spirit in a small, fast-moving, and close-knit teamResponsibilities
