About the teamEngineering is creating the core applications and platforms that small businesses use to be discovered and create magical moments. From scheduling to payments, marketing to payroll; we’re building products that make it easy for people to grow their customer base while we handle the complexities of tailoring our software to fit their business needs. Providing solutions that are easy to use, work reliably, and drive revenue for users is a cornerstone of our engineering strategy.
What will you do?Manage a team of engineers that focus on full stack and mobile product development. You can expect to play a critical role in an early stage team, having an impact on the way that we scale not only our product, but our engineering culture. You will:
Recruit and collaborate with a group of engineers, enabling growth and ownership as a leader
Turn vision into reality, driving an ambitious product roadmap in partnership with others around the company
Set a standard for best practices in tooling, documentation, and engineering processes
Lead code reviews and drive design decisions, knowing when to be hands on and when to delegate
Preferred Experience
7+ Years of software engineering and technical leadership in both startup and scaled environments
A track record of leading and growing full stack engineering teams; you’re a talent magnet and technologist at heart
You’ve built products that scale, from concept to delivery
BS, MS, or PhD in Computer Science or a related field
