Neuromuscular Regional Sales Director.Requirements:Four-year college degree (B.A., B.S. or equivalent) requiredMinimum two (2) years previous pharmaceutical sales management experience at the regional/district level requiredExperience selling and managing selling in rare disease requiredNeuromuscular/ Duchenne muscular dystrophy experience strongly preferredProduct launch experience requiredAccount Management experience in a multidisciplinary setting requiredExperience working with a start-up or high growth organization preferredDemonstrated level of proficiency with support technology (PC and CRM tools, Microsoft Teams)Duties may require compliance with client requirements that all those performing services on-site to be fully vaccinatedPosition Descriptions and Duties:Recruit, interview and select Neuromuscular Key Account ManagersHandle performance reviews, personnel issues, discipline and termination of Neuromuscular Key Account ManagersMake regular field visits to develop and motivate Neuromuscular Key Account Managers for attainment of sales objectives; assess and monitor field activity and work schedules; monitor and manage field reporting by Neuromuscular Key Account Managers, including call reporting, and sample reporting (when applicable)Communicate with Client on regular and timely basisAssist with the planning and delivery of training and periodic sales meetingsReview and approve expense reports; monitor compliance with expense policies.Monitor compliance with Promotional Program, and proper use of Promotional Materials and Promotional Expense BudgetsMonitor compliance with PDMA and sample accountability procedures, when applicableMonitor timekeeping and attendance
