This position is not eligible for employment in the following locations: California, New York City Metropolitan Area, and Washington State.Role Responsibilities:Gain interest in Vouch, supporting startups through the brokerage application workflow.Create opportunities for our broker team to add value during the initial sales, bind, and renewal processes.Ensure deals we close have the requisite and correct information to bind.Guide internal and external referrals to the right broker.Support customers with service-related questions and requests post-bind.Support our agency billing process.This is a unique role in that you will be a part of a small and agile team that is rapidly growing and you will be able to hone your client-facing skills while also learning about the back-end operations to scale a best-in-class brokerage.Job Duties:Deliver consistent and timely follow-up in response to client and internal stakeholder requests and issues.Triage clients servicing requests such as cancellations, endorsements, and billing-related inquiries.Bind policies internally, ensuring policy records are accurate.Engage with clients and coordinate with our billing partners on any billing-related matters.Drive additional value by identifying follow-up opportunities for the broker team and process improvements for the brokerage.About you:1+ years of experience in account management, customer success, insurance, or service-oriented roles.Background in business development or customer-facing roles.Strong communication and organizational skills.Strong attention to detail both with written communication and data.Dependable, positive, and action-oriented with excellent follow-through skills.Able to deal well with ambiguity and maintain composure in complex situations.Independent problem-solver and confident in seeking help when needed.Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts, Business, Communications, or a related field.Nice to have:Exposure to and passion for early-stage startups and/or high-growth environments.Prior experience working in CRMs or Agency Management Systems (Salesforce, Veruna).A background in insurance or other regulated categories.Vouch provides a number of benefits to help you bring your best self to work:Competitive compensation and equity packages.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Parental leave.Flexible vacation time (Unlimited PTO).Wellness allowance ($80/month).Technology allowance ($100/month).Salary Range:
