We look for people with talent, curiosity, and commitment and provide the teammates, resources and opportunities to unleash their full potential.ROLE SUMMARY:The On Premise Key Account Manager will be responsible for sales and share growth of Anheuser-Busch within National & Regional On Premise Accounts and venues. This role will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with A-B wholesalers, key retailer stakeholders, and fellow A-B associates. The overall purpose of this position is to manage and execute A-B sales objectives within the dedicated geography and On Premise account base.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:Grow sales and share with Key On Premise accountsProvide total account management; sell-in programs and brand promotionsUtilize entire suite of sales tools (BIR, IRI, Power BI, Nielsen, etc.)Maintain active communications with Commercial and Wholesaler personnelEvaluate strategies and action plans against allocated budget; manage budgetsContribute to the development and management of annual account planFacilitate communication of wholesaler's pricing to chain account(s)JOB QUALIFICATIONS:BS/BA degree in sales, business, finance, marketing or related field.Basic knowledge of retail initiatives (On and Off Premise)Advanced computer software proficiency (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).High level of expertise in analyzing information and making information-based recommendations.Strong familiarity with syndicated data, software and measures is preferred.Effective communications/presentation, follow-up, administrative and organizational skills.Field and retail sales experience in the beverage industry or other consumer product industries.Understanding of wholesaler network/processes and wholesaler equity agreement.Ability to work and drive positive results in a fast-paced, team environmentWHY ANHEUSER-BUSCH:Anheuser-Busch has always dreamed big.
