Routinely recognized as one of the top teams in the country, the Trademark and Copyright Team of Kilpatrick Townsend & Stockton LLP continues to grow and seeks an Associate with at least 4+ years of direct trademark experience with clearance, prosecution, and enforcement. We offer the opportunity to work on cutting-edge trademark issues for name-brand clients. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing U.S. and international trademark portfolios with specific experience in U.S. and international trademark clearance, prosecution, and investigations.
Successful candidates will have strong academic credentials, excellent legal writing and critical thinking skills, and be highly organized, self-motivated, and detail oriented. Preferred office locations include San Francisco, New York, or Washington DC. Other office base locations include: Atlanta, Denver, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley (Menlo Park), Walnut Creek, Seattle, or the option to work remotely based in approved states.
(Salary range: $240,000 - $305,000)
