OneSchema, United StatesDate Posted: 14 Dec, 2022Work Location: San Francisco, United StatesSalary Offered: $120000 — $180000 yearlyJob Type: Full TimeExperience Required: 3+ yearsRemote Work: NoStock Options: NoVacancies: 1 availableAbout OneSchema
OneSchema is building the de-facto platform for cross-company data exchange. Our vision is for all inter-company integrations to be built on OneSchema. The software industry has been betting for a long time on APIs as the way to build integrations and transfer data between companies. But, the truth is that nearly all enterprises transfer data via CSV file transfers. They have fewer security risks than exposing API keys, are more cost effective, easier to set up and maintain, and are more universal. At OneSchema, we see an incredible opportunity to be the data transfer platform for all industries that run on CSV files (hint: it’s all of them). We are backed by top investors including General Catalyst, Sequoia Capital, and Y Combinator. We are rapidly expanding our revenue and customer base. We have an ambitious, intense, fast-paced culture at OneSchema. People who join us are motivated by the opportunity to build a paradigm-shifting company. They want to experience the professional growth that comes with joining on the ground floor. Every person on our early team will have the chance to have a major impact on our business. We offer meaningful equity compensation. We expect employees to act like owners and want your stake in the company to reflect that.About the role
OneSchema is hiring a founding Growth Manager to join our growing GTM team. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to generate qualified leads for our sales team. This is a critical role to our team and want you to be able to come in-person to our office in San Francisco, CA at least 3 times a week. We will consider exceptions for extraordinary remote candidates. Since this is our first marketing hire, you’ll be doing a lot of experimentation. We want you to experiment with traditional demand generation channels (including PPC, SEM, content marketing, paid newsletter and podcast sponsorships, conferences, webinars and outbound email) but also to get creative about other marketing strategies that might be effective with our customer profile. You’ll be working closely with our CEO on your projects. The ideal candidate is extremely hungry and constantly thinking of new ideas for campaigns, and tweaking existing campaigns. You like to talk to other startups about things they’ve tried and seeing if they’d work for OneSchema. You hold yourself to an extremely high standard; you’re outcome-oriented and aren’t satisfied unless you’ve hit your KPIs. We’d love if you have experience with demand generation, but being hungry is the most important qualification for this role. We are open to candidates from a broad range of backgrounds, including management consulting and investment banking. You probably have ambitions to be our Head of Growth, and if things go well, we’d love to have you be a leader on our team. What you’ll do
In this role, you will be responsible for:Working closely with the CEO to develop and test hypotheses for scalably increasing lead volume and quality.Work with the sales team to refine our ideal customer profile and identify new opportunities for reaching prospects.Iterating on landing pages, emails, ad copy, and more.Experimenting with a broad range of channels, including PPC, SEM, content marketing, paid newsletter and podcast sponsorships, and outbound email.Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.Ensuring campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.Marketing initiatives not directly related to demand generation, such as case studies and sales collateral.Who you are
The ideal candidate:You are ambitious and hungry. You want to work in an intense, fast-paced environment. You have either:3-5 years of experience in SaaS demand generation. You’re ready to drive results with channels you’re familiar with, and eager to learn how to leverage new channels. You know your way around Google Analytics, Salesforce, Excel and other reporting tools, and can build the reports you need to measure performance. You’re not using guesswork to decide what’s working, you’re looking at the data. You can clearly report back to leadership what’s working and why.You have an ownership mentality and hunger to drive exceptional results, fast. You spend your free time brainstorming new experiments and can’t wait to put them to the test. You’re detail oriented and love monitoring and tweaking your experiments daily until you figure out what’s working. You may not have a technical background, but you’re technically savvy enough to explain the value of a technical product to technical users. You’re self-motivated to always be sharpening your arsenal of demand generation skills, and you surround yourself with mentors and like-minded operators.Benefits
