OneSchema is hiring a Growth Lead to join as a founding member of our GTM team. Being successful in this role will provide you with highly sought-after skills for any role, including founding a company yourself.You will be directly responsible for the single most important aspect of our business: figuring out how to make OneSchema grow. You’ll work directly with the CEO on the strategy and execution behind growing our customer base.We have an ambitious, intense, fast-paced culture at OneSchema and believe that the motivation and obsession with problem solving are the most important characteristics you’ll bring to the role, beyond any specific skills you have today.You’ll be responsible for experimentation, and there’s a strong technical bent to this role as you’ll be setting up the systems to measure and execute experiments at scale. The ideal candidate has a hacker’s mentality full of curiosity and creativity. You’re flexible, scrappy, and love to hustle. You hold yourself to an extremely high standard; you’re outcome-oriented and aren’t satisfied unless you’ve hit your KPIs.You’ll be a founding member of our GTM team, so the ability to operate autonomously is an absolute must. You’ll own our marketing budget and will be managing several contractors to drive results on each growth channel. The buck stops with you: you know how to measure and be accountable to core KPIs.This is a strategic role that requires analytical skill, but also the ability to communicate with our customers and deeply understand their needs and how to reach them. You’ll be responsible for our paid social ads, search engine marketing, newsletter and podcast sponsorships, outbound email, billboards, and more.Responsibilities
Working closely with the CEO to develop and test hypotheses for scalably increasing lead volume and quality.Work with the sales team to refine our ideal customer profile and identify new opportunities for reaching prospects.Talk to customers to understand the most effective messaging to reach them.Iterating on landing pages, emails, ad copy, and more.Experimenting with a broad range of channels, including PPC, SEM, content marketing, paid newsletter and podcast sponsorships, and outbound email.Analyzing and reporting on the effectiveness of demand generation campaigns and making recommendations for improvement.Who you are
The ideal candidate:You are ambitious and hungry. You want to propel your career (and maybe build the skills to found your own company).2-4 years of work experience in a top tech company, banking, asset management, strategic consulting, or equivalent, highly preferred.You’re scrappy and aren’t afraid of making mistakes. You iterate quickly until you find what works.You’re quantitative and analytical. You make budget investment decisions based on results from your experiments.You can find your way around Google Analytics, Salesforce, Excel and other reporting tools, and can build the reports you need to measure performance.You may not have a technical background, but you’re technically savvy enough to explain the value of a technical product to technical users.You’re self-motivated, can operate autonomously.Benefits
