As a cloud DevOps Engineer, you will be involved with our fast-paced releases and collaborate closely with the application development team. The role requires hands-on development and a deep understanding of cloud-related technologies, management platforms, and networking.Responsibilities
Create, maintain, and iterate on our CI/CD processes for cloud software.Work with the development team as the developer advocate.Responsible for cloud / cloud-native frameworks for release management, logging, monitoring, alerting, and escalation tooling pipeline.Help increase system performance with a focus on high availability and scalability.Work collaboratively with different agile teams to help deliver end-to-end products and features.Continue to keep the lights on (day-to-day administration).Evangelize high engineering standards and best practices.About You
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Computer Science or related field.7+ years professional experience in DevOps.7+ professional experience with a major cloud provider (GCP, AWS, Azure).In-depth experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and related technologies.Experience deploying microservice architecture and supporting serverless architectures.In-depth experience with CI/CD tooling.Experience with infrastructure-as-code and config management.Experience with open-source databases and cloud-native messaging frameworks.Rock solid with scripting languages (Python, Ruby, shell).Understanding of networking concepts.Deeply conversant with cloud infrastructure security best practices.What We’re Looking For In Teammates
