As a solutions engineer, you’ll be the technical cornerstone throughout the entire sales process - pre and post sales.Help customers with design and architecture of Proofs of Concept and Demos that align with the customer’s technical and business requirements.Walk our customers through how Cinder is deployed and the best way to activate Cinder on a technical level.Work closely with client engineering teams to prioritize improvements and new features to keep our existing product offerings sharp and relevant.Work closely with product designers and investigations experts to craft a consumer-grade experience for our customers.About you
2+ years of experience as a software, security, or solutions engineer - or similar.Solid understanding of Integration, Cloud technologies, CI/CD, and Security concepts.Comfort with ambiguity and an ability to take initiative.You love talking to users and understanding their problems and needs.Demonstrable experience prioritizing complex features and advocating for your point of view.You know how the internet can be abused and have thought through ways it can be prevented.Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.Some nice-to-haves
You’ve spent time in a client-facing role—experience working with customers is a big plus.Experience in a start-up or building 0 to 1 products and bringing them to market.Experience working for a social media, marketplace, or media company with knowledge of how attackers can abuse these systems.Previous experience selling into large enterprises.Why join us?
