San Francisco, CAJob Duties:Take ownership of customer cases (working directly with customers), in collaboration with Support peers and Engineering to troubleshoot and solve complex issues.Assist customers and partners in troubleshooting their custom code, integrations and implementation of our Salesforce Industries products, including debugging, troubleshooting, and ensuring issues are fully resolved.Develop and maintain technical expertise in assigned areas of product functionality.Demonstrate exceptional analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise.Provide feature explanation and implementation standard methodologies.Develop and provide a customization workaround wherever appropriate.Handle escalated issues effectively and conflicting and competing priorities.Become broadly versed in additional products.Create and maintain support documentation including knowledge articles for the Digital Platform Swarm team.Understand and adhere to existing support processes to protect predefined SLA.Minimum Requirements:Master’s degree (or its foreign degree equivalent) in Computer Science, Engineering (any field), or a related quantitative discipline, and two (2) years of experience in job offered or in any occupation in a related field.A related technical degree required (Computer Science, Engineering (any field)).Special Skill Requirements:JavaPythonGitLinuxJQueryAjaxCSSNodeJSPHPBugzillaAny suitable combination of education, training and/or experience is acceptable.Compensation:For California-based roles, the base salary hiring range for this position is $121,597 to $158,400.
