is a

junior position

supporting Senior and Principal Consultants with strategic planning, organizational change management, governance, policy, communication and marketing, performance management, and process documentation and reengineering efforts.Minimum/General Experience:

3 years' experience supporting a Senior and/or Principal Consultant in management consulting (e.g., strategic planning, organizational change management, governance, policy, communication and marketing, performance management, and process documentation and reengineering)Minimum Education:

Bachelors' degree in an associated disciplineEssential Skills/QualificationsAbove average facilitation skillsAbove average experience creating and maintaining process documentationExperience supporting two or more of the following consulting services (e.g., strategic planning, organizational change management, governance, policy, communication and marketing, performance management, and process documentation and reengineering)Strong ability to maintain relationships and influence others to move toward a common vision or goalStrong ability to translate complex information in an easy-to-understand way for a variety of audiencesStrong ability to collaborate and build interpersonal relationships with clients and the internal teamStrong ability to multitask and support multiple different projects as neededStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong attention to detailStrong analytical ability, judgment, and problem analysis techniquesKnowledge of federal civilian agencies (e.g., Department of Veterans Affairs (preferred), Defense Health Agency, Health and Human Services)Security:
