Textron Specialized Vehicles markets products under several different brands. Its vehicles are found in environments ranging from golf courses to factories, airports to planned communities, and theme parks to hunting preserves.

ResponsibilitiesIdentify key growth opportunities and prospect target markets for new pre-owned channel locations.Continuously monitor competitive influence in markets to ensure proper strategic positioning.Develop and implement plans and strategies to cultivate new business opportunities.Monitor inventory levels of pre-owned cars.Collaborate with new car team to maintain accurate trade data.Sell used and refurbished cars to the E-Z-GO dealer network.Contribute to a culture of respect, dignity, and inclusion, where everyone feels heard and understood, empowered, and valued.Travel within territory 50% of the time to maintain relationships with the E-Z-GO dealer network.

QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s Degree in business or Marketing required.Years of Experience: 5 or more years of experience in sales or another relevant role required.Software Knowledge: Salesforce, Excel, Microsoft Office.Strong communication skills.Must possess a valid driver’s license and must comply with TSV Pool, Fleet, and DOT policies.

Textron’s compensation package includes competitive base pay and provides eligible employees with benefit programs, including medical, dental and vision insurance, flexible spending accounts, health savings accounts, retirement savings plans, life and disability insurance programs, and programs that provide employees with time away from work. The pay range should be used as a general guideline only. Compensation is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. In compliance with the local pay transparency law, the pay range for this position is $69,500 - $129,100 per year.
