Join us.Team IntroductionIn line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide. This is an exciting opportunity to make an impact on a global scale across all ByteDance's business use cases.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and refine our BNPL product roadmap and strategy, in collaboration with cross-functional teams such as legal, compliance, engineering, design, marketing, and business.Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.Collaborate with payment partners to integrate BNPL solutions (whitelabel or co-branding) onto our platform, ensuring seamless user experience and adherence to regulatory standards.Manage the end-to-end process of BNPL transactions, from onboarding new customers to resolving any disputes or issues that may arise.Work closely with our analytics team to develop reports, KPIs, and dashboards to track performance and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with customer support and operations teams to ensure timely and effective resolution of customer issues related to BNPL services.Stay up-to-date on industry trends, regulations, and best practices related to BNPL solutions.QualificationsBachelor's degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.5+ years of experience in product management, preferably with experience in the payments, BNPL, loan, finance, or eCommerce space.Strong analytical skills and experience with data-driven decision-making.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across multiple teams and departments.Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for delivering results.Experience with end-to-end product management processes, including idea generation, roadmap development, feature prioritization, and launch.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities and tight deadlines.ByteDance is committed to creating an inclusive space where employees are valued for their skills, experiences, and unique perspectives. Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate’s qualifications, skills, competencies, and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.BenefitsOur company benefits are designed to convey company culture and values, to create an efficient and inspiring work environment, and to support our employees to give their best in both work and life.
