While we embrace remote work, we prioritize candidates who can contribute from our San Francisco office. We also have a permanent co-working office in New York.What we're looking for:
Love building great products and engineering systemsThe ability to oversee technical aspects of projects.Excellent leadership and management skillsStrong verbal and written communication skillsCan articulate and balance implementation tradeoffsProductive, resourceful, and an effective problem solverWrite high quality code, value software testing, and uphold best practices in engineeringExhibit a strong understanding of CS fundamentals from your Bachelor's in CS, engineering, related discipline, or equivalent industry experienceExperience building a PayFac or Payment Processor systemExperience with Logging and Observability toolsAbility to mentor other engineers and influence decision makers throughout the organization.Work effectively in a remote setting and are able to overlap at least 4 hours per work day at 9am to 5pm PSTOur stack:
