Summary

Manages all activities related to operations and development of company products by performing the following duties personally or through subordinate supervisors.Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Effectively convert confirmed customer orders into cash, while consistently meeting or beating commitments to customers and the corporation in terms of schedule, performance, and COGS.Identify, analyze, and sustainably improve operational execution/predictability in those areas that are deemed most critical to maximizing business growth & profitability.Develop, define, and refine manufacturing systems & processes to support business strategy and consistently execute at desired levels.Ensure the factory floor is consistently clean, well-organized, and easily understood by those who work here and those who visit.Recruit, hire, train, manage, and develop operations staff in ways that create maximum competitive advantage for the business.Be an effective member of the Reynolds management team.Requirements

Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university.Seven (7) years related experience overseeing Operations in a Manufacturing environment.Proficient experience in Microsoft Office applications.Excellent oral, written and presentation skills.Salary range: $180k - $195k.Pay TransparencyThe anticipated salary range listed for this role is only an estimate.
