This position would manage a local sales team, oversee sales policies, objectives and initiatives. Must be able to motivate a team and set short- and long-term sales strategies. Seeking natural leader with a desire to win in a collaborative team environment.What You’ll do:Lead and manage the local sales team to achieve targeted sales revenue goal and cultivate a culture which ensures an industry leading media companySet a comprehensive vision coupled with a market assets and revenue sales strategy to deliver sustainable business/revenue growth.Set a comprehensive market sales growth strategy and execution plan.Provide leadership and direct the efforts of all OUTFRONT Media Sales personnel within the market(s) in a way that creates a winning team environmentBe the face of the marketing and selling to customers and own responsibility for client satisfactionProvide accurate weekly pacing reports to the team; highlight any major developmentsAdminister weekly sales meetings that inspire the team, while disseminating key information.Cooperate with and communicate all corporate-wide business development strategies to the local teamEnsure all business policies and practices are followed to the highest standardBe a collaborative team member and exemplify OUTFRONT cultural valuesPeople:Coach and oversee the local sales team and develop sales and pricing strategies to maximize asset yieldsRecruit, train and motivate the account executives and sales assistantsCreate an inspirational high performing culturePlan and schedule weekly sales meetings to keep staff engaged and accountableAccompany local AEs on sales callsMentor, coach, and develop local AEs. Teach skills knowledge and leadership - prospecting skills, negotiation role play, presentation skillsRevenue:Responsible for leading the overall demand building (sales) activities for assets in market throughRobust and weekly sales management meetingsPipeline management tracking and reportingAE performance coaching and support with key opportunities and accountsEstablish and monitor quarterly and annual sales revenue targets for each local sales account executiveEstablish and adjusts selling prices by monitoring costs, competition, and supply and demand in order to maximize yieldWork with general manager on inventory pricing strategies and pricing yield maximizationEnsure training and development of sales staff with focus on delivering meaningful results and exceeding budgetsResponsible for approving all sales contracts per contract approval policyIncrease annual contracts and enforce renewal brief reviewCoordinate with charting personnel to manage inventory to maximize yield. Identify slow moving inventory and recommend local AE incentives to move lagging inventoryCosts:Ensure appropriate utilization of costs to optimize sales revenue returnManage and monitor travel and entertainment costs in line with the budget and set corrective actions when neededYour Qualifications:7+ years proven industry experience. Experience, knowledge and understanding of the mobile/digital advertising ecosystem a plus7+ years sales management and leadership experience, and demonstrated track record of successful revenue ownership and team development with the ability to inspire and motivate peopleLocal market knowledge preferredExceptional client facing skills along with interpersonal skills; the ability to work with all levels of Employees, Management and C-suite ExecutivesExcellent verbal and written skills; along with presentation and influencing skillsHighest level of integrityExceptionally detail oriented and able to develop and prioritize assignments and deadlinesAbility to effectively work at a fast pace and under pressureProficient Computer Skills: Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook; Knowledge of CRM software preferredExceptional use of social media as a route to marketBachelor's Degree preferredKey Performance Measures:Topline revenue and sales growthRevenue Yield OptimizationCustomer development - new and existingCustomer satisfactionTeam leadership and people performance
