Utilizes the Nordson Business System, NBS Next, to ensure the division focuses on the most attractive growth segments.Identifies growth opportunities by segmenting our business division to identify strategic focus segments; leverages the serviceable obtainable market (SoM) to determine the market potential for each segment.Develops and deploys strategy-to-action to deliver long term profitable growth for each of our strategic focus segments.Drives ongoing competitive analysis, develops strategy to take share in the most attractive applications in each region.Leads team to open doors in support of market development. Identify the potential Top customers and vet out for fit. Work with commercial teams to seamlessly handoff shortening the time to revenue.Supports our regional sales leaders to develop and execute strong commercial plans focusing on meeting and exceeding our growth and profitability targets for each region.Leads our product line management teams in the development and execution of robust product roadmaps and new product development pipeline ideas.Provides guidance to our marketing communication team to optimize lead generation and strengthen our brand awareness globally.Demonstrates strong talent management ability focusing on hiring, coaching, directing, and developing employees while increasing engagement.Participates in and contributes to the strategic and operating plan processes, active divisional leader contributing to the overall running of the business.Participates in the review of product designs and specifications to ensure that new products are designed to the market and customer requirements. Supports overall product development efforts.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.Education and Experience Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or a related field is required. Master’s Degree is a plus.Minimum of 17-20 years of professional experience. 7-10 years in a marketing or commercial leadership role is required.Experience leading global teams outside of North America is required. Leadership experience throughout Asia market is preferred.Experience in strategic marketing, strategic planning and analysis, including relevant professional experience in having led products through full life cycle.Required Skills and Abilities

Salary range for this position is: $186,000 - $238,000 annually. The base salary pay range for this job level is a general guideline and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including but not limited to internal equity, business considerations, and local market conditions, as well as candidate qualifications, such as education, experience, and skills.Travel Required
