Support design, development, and validation process of cooling solutions from concept to product.Design and build prototypical assemblies and their instrumentation.Define and execute experimental and numerical investigations to inform design optimization and product validation.Key Qualifications
Hands-on experience in electronic cooling.Bachelor (or equivalent) or higher degree in engineering (e.g., mechanical, thermal, chemical, etc.) or a similar discipline.A high level of experience in technology development and design and optimization of complex thermo-mechanical systems.Strong understanding of fluid flow and heat transfer processes as well as mechanics of materials.A high level of experience in data acquisition and data processing.Ability to develop and run computational models of electronics and component performance, including steady-state and transient heat transfer, and thermal-mechanical stress analyses.Strong working knowledge of computer tools to model heat transfer and fluid flow, e.g., FLOEFD, FloTHERM, SolidWorks Flow Simulation, and IcePak.Excellent oral and written communication skills.Flexible mindset and team player attitude.Additional Qualifications Desired
