CloudHQ is seeking a Staff Accountant, in a hybrid setting, to join our Corporate Operations Team. The ideal candidate will provide support for the Accounting/Finance Team in the day-to-day operations and development of several large-scale data centers. The Staff Accountant will work alongside the Property Management, Operations and Accounting teams within our organization. The successful contender will be detail oriented and able to succeed in a fast-paced environment.What You Will Get To Do

Preparation of journal entriesReconciliation and review all inter-company transactions and generate invoices as necessaryCompletion of monthly bank reconciliationsMonitoring of credit card charges, payment discrepancies, refunds, returns and other chargesPerform general ledger account variance analyses and reconciliationsAssist Senior Accountants in preparing month end close, monthly job cost reports and other required reportsAssist in financial statement preparationAssist with year-end auditMaintain accounting documents and recordsAssist with other accounting projects as neededRequirements

What You Bring to The Role

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting is requiredA minimum of two (2) years of experience in a professional business environmentDetail oriented with strong attention to detail, accuracy, and organizationTask oriented, results driven, and capable of multi-taskingExperience meeting deadlines timely on a consistent basisSelf-motivated, unquestionable work ethicDemonstrated professional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work overtime as requiredActively solicits feedback to ensure all responsibilities, activities and deliverables meet expectationsAbility and willingness to respond to emails and phone calls after hours in the event of an emergencyExpertise in Microsoft office suite applications (e.g. Excel, Word, Outlook)Our Ideal Candidate Will Also Possess

Real Estate experience preferredCPAPublic accounting and/or real estate industry experience highly preferredExperience with Yardi or equivalent software highly preferredWhat We Offer
