Junior Financial Analyst ($70,000 base)
Join our team as a Junior Financial Analyst with a competitive compensation ranging from $60,000 to $70,000 per year, plus a bonus potential. Our hybrid work model offers flexibility with 3 days in the office and 2 remote days per week. You'll play a pivotal role within our Property Group, supporting a team of 40 professionals and handling various aspects of reporting, analysis, and risk management within the commercial real estate industry. This position offers an excellent opportunity for growth and professional development.
Responsibilities
Manage the monthly capital close process, including reconciliations and fixed asset adjustments.Set up capital jobs and prepare monthly and quarterly entries.Implement new risk management system and assist with administrative duties.Review insurance adjustments, premium allocations, and policy updates.Collaborate with compliance specialists on insurance requirements.Undertake ad-hoc special projects as needed.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Business/Accounting with minimum GPA of 3.0.Basic understanding of general ledger activity, preferably with Yardi application.Proficiency in Excel and other MS applications.2+ years of experience in commercial real estate industry.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask, and meet deadlines.Strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative mindset.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work effectively with internal and external teams.
