This role offers competitive pay along with a performance-based bonus structure. Additionally, we offer a hybrid work arrangement, allowing you to work three days in the office and two days remotely. As a Financial Analyst, you will play a crucial role in our accounting department, supporting commercial properties and redevelopment projects. Your responsibilities will include heavy reporting, analysis, and assisting with risk management functions. Ideal candidates will have experience in real estate, particularly in commercial properties, along with expertise in contracts, fixed assets, capital, and insurance.Qualifications for this role include a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or Accounting with a minimum GPA of 3.0. Preference will be given to candidates with a basic understanding of general ledger activity and experience with Yardi application. Proficiency in Excel and other MS applications is required, along with at least 2 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry. The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, multitask effectively, and collaborate with internal and external teams is essential.
