We are looking for a Jr. Staff Accountant to join our growing Finance team! This is a full time hourly, W2 position with full benefits and 100% work from home! We're looking for someone with excellent communication and organizational skills who wants to grow their career with a rapidly growing company.
Responsibilities
Maintain and organize all customer recordsProcess all customer and vendor invoices and credit memosCollect and process payment from customers and vendors, and accurately record it into the systemManage a weekly collection process: calls and emailsResearch, track and resolve any issuesProtect organization's value by keeping information confidentialReview and enter new customer and vendor informationAssist AR Specialist, AP Specialist and CFO with financial audits if requiredAd-hoc projects, reporting and account reconciliations, and other assignments as needed to support the finance team
Experience
3+ years of hands-on accounting experienceAdvanced Excel Skills (pivots, lookups)High school diploma, or equivalentAssociates or Bachelors degree in Accounting or related field (Preferred)Demonstrates a high level of customer service abilityAttention to detailAbility to work independently, creatively problem solve, and work through ambiguityAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
