We ensure compliance with contractual terms and determine the accounting treatment of each incentive deal and conformity with US GAAP. We use lean/six sigma process methodologies to provide benefits to our stakeholders regarding quality, cost and schedule associated with our work. This role is to support operations of the North America Client Incentive team.Essential Functions:Manage Incentive contracts for North AmericaAnalyze newly executed incentive contract terms to assess Visa's contractual obligations and determine appropriate accounting treatment based on Visa policy and procedureReview proforma to ensure accuracy of contract interpretation and application of Visa's accounting policy respectivelySetup incentive contracts in Oracle Revenue Management and Billing (ORMB) system per contract terms, ensuring that all key obligations have been accurately addressed. Ensure consistencies in the process especially those to accommodate system limitationManage, track, and process contractual payments per terms of contracts accurately and timely for all regions, perform peer reviews and approvals on payments and new contract setupsLiaise with Sales, Legal and clients to determine the fulfillment of contractual obligations.Review on-going contract performance and update future performance /amortization schedules, as neededResponsible for inquiries and issue resolutions related to the assigned contractsCoordinate with the bigger Client Incentive Operations team. Understand the various deal structures and ensure a consistent business process appliedInteract with various levels of management across the organization as well as with external clients. Strong leadership and interpersonal skills are required as cross-functional projects occur on a regular basisSupport ad-hoc analysis and projects as neededTrain and provide guidance to junior analystsEnsure key production metrics for the month are metThis is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:2 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)Preferred Qualifications:3 or more years of work experience with a Bachelor’s Degree or more than 2 years of work experience with an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD) in accountingChartered Accountant or CPA preferred but not requiredAudit or accounting experienceAttention to detail and highly organizedSelf-motivated, ability to function well independently as well as in a team, and comfortable in a fast-paced and dynamic environmentStrong leadership and interpersonal skillsStrong business analysis skills, excellent verbal and written communication skillsProficient in advanced Excel, familiar with Oracle based application is a plusAdditional InformationWork Hours:

The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 98,000.00 to 125,000.00 USD, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
