YesAn integral part of a USAID data analysis team, the candidate develops data products by leveraging operational, economic, management, accounting and other organizational data to quantify the competitive performance of business segments, evaluate potential operational changes, and design new methodologies. Applies and integrates statistical, mathematical, predictive modeling and business analysis skills to manage complex and disparate data sources.Responsibilities:Design and maintain ETL processes to ingest and prepare data for analysisDetermine additional technology requirements to support growing business requirementsSupport systems and processes to ensure USAID’s Chief Information Officer requirements and regulationsPrimarily responsible for working with context data relevant to international development, but also supports work using internal data on USAID programs and operationsAccess and cleanse data, perform statistical analysis, visualize data, and communicate resultsIdentify, analyze, and interpret trends in multiple data setsEvaluate changes and updates to source productionProvide technical knowledge in data storage structures, data mining, and data cleansingStay apprised of industry trendsBasic Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience with data cleaning and data visualization; or equivalent combination of education/training and experience/militaryActive Secret clearance requiredDemonstrated experience with communicating complex data analysis clearly and understandably to people with no statistics or programming backgroundAdvanced Tableau experienceAdvanced knowledge of Google Apps ScriptingAbility to perform exploratory data analysisWorking knowledge of statisticsWorking knowledge of machine learning and AIWorking knowledge of common data science toolkitsWorking knowledge of SQLWorking knowledge of data science programming in Python and/or JavaScriptWorking knowledge of Agile methodologiesStrong technical writing skillsExcellent attention to detailScheduled Weekly Hours:
