Our work depends on Senior Test Engineer joining our team to test new software applications and expansion of existing applications that support the customer's mission of tracking and reporting federal criminal and civil cases.How a Senior Test Engineer Will Make An Impact:Designs and develops tests and test requirements for products, systems, software, and/or related components.Work in a dynamic, Agile environment to understand the functional requirements, design and execute test cases, and report results to the team.Participate in daily Agile scrum meetings and collaborate with requirements analysts, software developers, and functional customers to ensure the software satisfies the requirements.Be part of a highly engaged group working together to deliver quality results to an important customer.Help shape the customer's ability to perform their important work by ensuring the quality of the software GDIT delivers to the government.Use Atlassian tools, such as Jira and Confluence, to record test cases and report test results.What You’ll Need To Succeed:Bachelors of Science in computer science or related field.5+ years of related experience performing manual testing of complex application software.Use Microsoft Office suite and Atlassian's Jira and Confluence.Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to work collaboratively within a multidiscipline integrated team.Automated testing experience a strong plus.CLEARANCE:
