The Group Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and managing specific sales plans to drive group bookings, secure business from feeder markets and achieve production targets. They have experience in the sales process and function of a hotel. Responsibilities include selling guest rooms, meeting space and other Hyatt services to customer groups, managing accounts, and conducting site inspections, solicits and generates business.Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, corporate partners, event planners, and industry influencers.Lead negotiations and secure contracts for group bookings, ensuring terms are favorable and aligned with business objectives.Address client inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.Collaborate with marketing, events, and operations teams to align sales strategies with promotional efforts and operational capabilities.Provide timely and accurate sales reports, performance metrics, and market insights to management.The Hotel

Exceptional negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Results-driven mindset with a proven ability to achieve and exceed production goals.Basic knowledge of revenue management concepts and practices.A minimum of 1-3 years of hotel sales or comparable experience preferred.Well-connected within the market with the ability to seek and build new relationships to help support business objectives.Ability to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, and trade shows.The Benefits & Perks
