We invite you to join us in shaping the future of wireless networking.Why join us?Opportunity to make a significant impact on our sales function and drive organizational growthCompetitive salary and benefits packageA collaborative work environment where your ideas and contributions will be valuedScale out the existing sales team and develop objectives to enhance the team's success!Responsibilities:Lead and grow the sales team at Doodle Labs, focusing on various channels, industries, and product lines.Develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth from mid-to-large technology companies, including OEMs and system integrators.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and engineering, to align sales strategies with company goals.Cultivate lasting relationships with key customers, identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.Implement and refine sales processes, metrics, and reporting systems for performance tracking and continuous improvement.Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to inform new market opportunities and product development efforts.Foster a high-performance culture through leadership, mentorship, and professional development of the sales team.Qualifications:Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing and expanding technical sales teams.Proven history of driving revenue growth with mid-to-large technology companies, including experience with OEMs and system integrators.Prior experience in channel sales, working closely with third parties and distributors.Effective presentation and reporting skills for communicating complex concepts to diverse stakeholders.Strong leadership and team-building capabilities that inspire and motivate a diverse sales team.Strategic mindset to develop and execute sales strategies aligned with company objectives.Exceptional interpersonal skills for building and sustaining strong customer relationships.Self-motivated and results-oriented, thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.You'll Stand Out If You Have:Advanced knowledge of networking and RF technology, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to diverse audiences.Direct experience managing both direct and channel sales programs.Expertise in scaling small sales teams, providing day-to-day coaching while expanding the team.Familiarity with OEM sales and hardware integration.Interested in hearing more?
