DescriptionOccupational Therapist - Home Health, Providence St Mary Chase Medical Complex-Walla WallaSchedule: Full Time, Day ShiftArea Coverage: Walla Walla, WAThe Occupational Therapist in the Home Health Program sets up appropriate plans of care under the direction of the physician for the patient. The Occupational Therapist will instruct and support other home health team members in carrying out home programs, including education of patients and caregivers, home health aides, and others who may be working with the patient.
