The Occupational Therapist will instruct and support other home health team members in carrying out home programs, including education of patients and caregivers, home health aides, and others who may be working with the patient. The Occupational Therapist will carry out the program as thoroughly and effectively as possible.Providence caregivers are not simply valued – they’re invaluable.
