Salesforce Platform Developer #5281-1Job Description:The Salesforce Platform Developer Software Engineer will ideally have a Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) in a related field or equivalent work experience. At least five plus (5+) years of progressive software development experience is required, with technical expertise on Salesforce LWC, Salesforce.com, using Force.com Apex, Visual Force, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS, Ant, and the use of these tools with Salesforce.com.
Please note, Salesforce Platform Developer II (PDII) certification is required.Other requirements for the job include strong configuration, customization, and programming skills with Apex API’s, Apex Triggers, Workflows with actions, Approval Processes, Reports & Dashboards.Familiarity with Salesforce.com best practices, support mechanisms, procedures, and limitations is required.Responsibilities include:Planning, designing, developing, and maintaining multiple complex Salesforce implementations.Managing relationships and quality of offshore programming efforts.Collaborating across multiple scrum teams; following leading-edge development, testing, and deployment practices on the Salesforce platform.Analyzing problems, conducting root cause analysis, and assisting in the resolution of problems using defined problem management procedures.Supporting application maintenance of customer applications with experience in full life cycle implementations on Salesforce.com with 500+ user licenses.Working independently on assignments.Demonstrating strong knowledge of Agile Software development methodologies, design, and architectural patterns.Working closely with QA to review test plans and test cases and ensuring the quality of deliverables from the team.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong organizational and analytical skills, and the ability to provide efficient, timely, reliable, and courteous service to customers are essential.
