Active Secret clearance preferred, but not requiredAbility to obtain and maintain a U.S. Secret security clearanceU.S. citizenship required for security clearance eligibilityBachelor's in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related fieldTypically requires 2 years prior relevant experienceExperience with EVMS (or similar process), Program Controls (Cost/Schedule), and/or EAC ProcessExperience with Microsoft OfficeExperience with SAP APEX EV or similar business toolsResponsibilities
Work with lead engineers and other cross-functional organizationsDedicate to continued process improvements and building efficiencies in operational aspectsWork onsite up to 3 times per week in Tewksbury, MASupport Teams/Programs in the Eastern U.S. time zonePerform analyses and prepare reports to ensure contracts are performed within agreed-upon parametersCost and schedule monitoringMonthly Earned Value reportingSupport development of quarterly EAC'sPerform detailed financial analysis for both total CBT and functional area level cost elementsMaintain accurate records for Budget and EAC trackingProcess approved Baseline Change Requests (BCR) and ensure changes are incorporated into control systemsUtilize & share knowledge of the RTN Earned Value Management system process 10255 policy within the program teamBenefits
