We are looking for a person who can build relationships as they lead the design, implementation, and communication of policies and practices that foster a holistic employee experience. Grounded in anti-racism, wellness, and sustainability, you’ll engage employees by providing guidance on policies, coaching, conflict resolution, mediation, and conducting investigations into employee concerns.
Job Location:Hybrid: This position primarily operates on campus but offers some flexibility for hybrid work.

Anticipated Salary Range:$70,070 to $94,595 per year
Responsibilities:
Design, implement and administer HR policies and procedures that reflect our cultural values and norms and meet legal and compliance requirements.
Provide subject matter expertise and consultation on employment laws, HR processes, and supportive resources for employees and supervisors.
Enhance the employee experience by addressing employee and supervisor concerns, conducting investigations, and implementing corrective actions.
Ensure information about HR policies is accurate, accessible, and appropriately transparent through venues such as the HR website, HR front desk standard operating procedures, and other documentation.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5+ years of compliance, employee relations, employment law, or other related experience.
Experience in policy development, process design, and supporting documentation with a systems lens.
Prior experience in conducting investigations, developing guidance, providing coaching, and being a consultative partner to community members.
Preferred Qualifications:
Coaching experience or certification
Training or certifications in mediation or restorative justice practices
