They also support external brands on occasion.Position Overview:We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Controller to join our team. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting internal and external business owners with accounting, finance, and overall growth infrastructure.DescriptionManage all aspects of financial reporting, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Develop and maintain financial policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.Collaborate with business owners to analyze financial performance and identify areas for improvement.Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, including preparation of financial statements and reconciliation of accounts.Provide leadership and mentorship to the finance team, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.Partner with internal stakeholders to support strategic initiatives and drive business growth.Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory agencies as needed.ProfileBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA designation preferred.10+ years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, with the ability to interpret financial data and make strategic recommendations.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments.Proven track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational efficiency.Experience in consumer goods or retail industries is a plus.Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.Job OfferSalary up to $225,000 plus significant bonus potential (50-100% salary).
