Join our team as a seasoned and results-driven Controller, where your financial expertise will play a pivotal role in shaping the success of our organization. This leadership position requires strategic thinking, a deep understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to guide our finance team towards excellence.
Responsibilities:
Provide strategic financial guidance to executive leadership.Develop and implement effective financial policies and procedures.Financial Reporting Mastery:Oversee the meticulous preparation of accurate and timely financial statements.Ensure unwavering compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.Budgeting and Forecasting Excellence:Spearhead the budgeting and forecasting processes with insight and precision.Analyze budget variances to provide valuable insights for optimizing financial performance.Internal Controls Management:Establish and refine internal control policies to ensure operational efficiency.Conduct regular reviews to identify and implement improvements in financial processes.Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and inspire the accounting team to foster a collaborative and high-performance work environment.Audit Oversight:Coordinate and manage internal and external audits seamlessly.Provide thorough documentation and support during audit processes.Cash Management Expertise:Oversee meticulous cash flow planning and ensure the availability of funds as needed.Cultivate and manage strong relationships with financial institutions.Compliance Assurance:Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and ensure unwavering compliance.Collaborate seamlessly with legal and regulatory teams to address compliance matters.Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance; CPA (Certified Public Accountant) designation preferred.Proven track record in a Controller or similar leadership role.In-depth knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.Strong leadership and management skills.Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Preferred Qualifications:
